Hello to all contributors! I am in desperate need of help with rent money for the month of October, which is pass due, and November 2011 is just around the corner. I am from West Hartford, CT. 44 years old, been unemployed since June of this year, and have had no luck in finding a job. I'm depressed and don't have family or friends to turn to. I have always been self-reliant but for the past 3 years, financially, It has been painful struggling, some days I just feel like giving it all up... don't ask me what that means because I don't know or won't know until it happens... I need to raise $800 by Nov. 10th, 2011, or my landlord will evict me from her property. A few months ago, I received a letter from People to People Program for about the fifth time and I am convinced I cannot go once again because of the cost of the trip. I have mainly all A's and all classes that can possibly be honors, I am in. I also am a swimmer for my high school. I am an independent and mature person.
